Measure functions of the Section are :
- Maintaining personal files, service books , leave records, vacation/detention records of all employees.
- Promotion/confirmation/grant financial up-gradation in respect of group C employees.
- Appointment of faculties/teachers/part time doctors/group c staff on contractual basis through conduct of walk in interviews.
- Sanction of annual increment, all types of leave, deputation orders, experience certificates, circulars, notices and other official office orders.
- Preparation of pension and pensionary benefits, PPO for retiring employees.
- Sanction of all types of advances e.g. GPF, Computer advance, TA/LTC advance, medical expenses and CEA.
- Fixation of pay on fresh joining/promotion / revision of pay due to pay commission, CAS advance increments etc.
- Compliance to RTIs, submission of quarterly , annual returns and reports, IPRs, hindi works.
- Central diary and dispatch of official documents.
- Conduct workshops and training programmes for administrative staff. NOC for outside post, visibility abroad.
